After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email does not guarantee acceptance of your order.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud, unauthorized activity, pricing errors, or other circumstances that may affect our ability to fulfill the order.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or changed. Due to our order processing system, all sales are considered final once submitted.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Vinyl Hours is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
